If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our website, please provide us with a written notice containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including a description of where the material is located on the website (please include URLs if possible).
  • Your contact information, such as an email address, mailing address, or phone number.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

You can send the DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent at:

Email: support@imagetopdf.net

Please be aware that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal consequences. You may want to seek legal advice before filing a notice.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your contact information, such as an email address, mailing address, or phone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA claim. If the original claimant does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the infringing activity within 10 business days, we may reinstate the removed material.

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
